The First Girly Gig Army Meet-Up

The Chandeliers at The Heron, Pevensey

This was where Girly Gig Army really began.

A small group of women met at The Heron in Pevensey to see The Chandeliers, brought together by one simple idea: if you love live music, you shouldn’t have to miss out just because you don’t have someone to go with.

It was relaxed, informal and full of conversation, laughter and brilliant live music.

At the time, none of us knew just how quickly GGA would grow.

But this was the first proper meet-up — and the start of everything that followed. 💗🎶
