Behind Girly Gig Army is a small but passionate team dedicated to helping women connect through live music, friendship and shared experiences.

What started as a simple idea has quickly grown into a thriving community, and none of it would be possible without the people working behind the scenes to support our members and events.

Lucy founded Girly Gig Army after realising how many women were missing out on gigs, festivals and social events simply because they didn’t have someone to go with.

What began as a small Facebook group has grown into a vibrant community of women across Sussex who are building friendships, confidence and unforgettable memories through live music.

Lucy is responsible for the overall vision, partnerships, events and continued growth of Girly Gig Army.
Karen helps ensure every member feels welcomed, supported and included within the Girly Gig Army community.

Working closely with Lucy, she assists with member engagement, community support and helping new members find their feet as they begin their Girly Gig Army journey.

Karen is passionate about creating a friendly and supportive environment where women can connect, make friends and enjoy live music together.

Megan is responsible for bringing the Girly Gig Army brand to life through creative design, website development and visual content.

From graphics and promotional materials to helping shape the look and feel of the community, Megan plays a key role in ensuring Girly Gig Army remains welcoming, engaging and instantly recognisable.
