Girly Gig Army is a growing community of women brought together by a shared love of live music. What started in Eastbourne has grown across Sussex, Kent, London and beyond, creating opportunities for women to connect, make new friendships and enjoy gigs, festivals and social events together.
At the heart of GGA is a simple idea: you don’t have to wait for someone else to organise the night out. Members can suggest gigs, arrange meet-ups and find other women who fancy going too.
Our regional Facebook and WhatsApp communities make it easier to connect locally, while the wider Girly Gig Army brings everyone together as one community.
Whether you arrive knowing nobody or come with a friend, the aim is the same — to make live music feel more accessible, welcoming and fun, and to create friendships that go far beyond the gig itself.
